The Fund mainly invests in office buildings real estate in the major cities in the three major metropolitan areas of the Tokyo metropolitan area, the Chubu area and the Kinki area, and the ordinance-designated cities other than the three major metropolitan areas. Its property portfolio includes Otemachi First Square, Hirakawacho Mori Tower, Rakuten Crimson House Aoyama, Ark Hills Sengokuyama Mori Tower, Arca Central, Toyosu Prime Square, Shinagawa Seaside West Tower, Yokohama Plaza Building, Meiji Yasuda Life Saitama Shin. There are downtown buildings, Meiji Yasuda Life Osaka Midosuji Building, Yodoyabashi Flex Tower. The asset manager of the Fund is Global Alliance Realty Co., Ltd.
