The firm has two wholly owned subsidiaries, which include Alpha Natural Resources Pty Ltd and Nations Natural Gas Pty Ltd. AC/P35 permit was cancelled, on July 1, 2011, which consisted of 46 graticular blocks, totalling approximately 3,410 square kilometers (842,645 acres).
