Together, the Company’s subsidiaries provide services that encompass every stage of an aircraft’s lifecycle, including contract flying, aircraft refurbishment, engineering, modification, repurposing and transition; aircraft and component maintenance, disassembly, and parts provisioning; aircraft acquisition and leasing; and pilot training.
