The Project is approximately 120 kilometers (km) south of the Perth, eight kilometers southwest of the Waroona townsite and five kilometers east of Forrest Highway, the traffic route linking Perth and Bunbury. The nearby 330kV Landwehr Electricity Terminal will allow the Company to sell electricity via the Southwest Interconnected System. The firm holds 830 hectares (ha) of freehold land located within 0.5 km of the Landwehr Terminal, a major connection point to WA’s electricity network, located on high voltage (330kV) transmission lines in the least constrained portion of the network.
