The company went IPO on 2012-07-23. The firm holds three precious metal projects and continues to review other prospective gold properties. The Mojave Project is the Company’s flagship project. The Mojave Project is a 5,830-hectare oxide gold and base metal project located in Inyo County, California. The Si2 Gold Project is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, approximately 60 kilometers (km) northwest of Tonopah, Nevada, and 20 km northwest of Allegiant Gold’s Eastside deposit and consists of 118 Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lode claims covering over 986 hectares. The Wels Project lies approximately 50 km east of the community of Beaver Creek and 60 km south of Newmont Goldcorp’s Coffee deposit. The Wels land position consists of 351 contiguous quartz claims covering over 7,200 hectares and lies within the traditional territory of the White River First Nation.
