Injection Molding is a manufacturer of both custom and injection molded products sold primarily to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the home appliance, power tool, automotive parts, recreational vehicle and construction industries. Profile Extrusion is a manufacturer of custom extruded plastic products. In August 2008, the Company filed voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 reorganizations for itself and its subsidiaries in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
