The Principal Finance segment funds capital to legal finance assets from its balance sheet, primarily as capital provision assets, and in limited scope through interests in private funds managed the Company. These capital provision assets and private fund interests generate its capital provision income. The Asset Management and Other Services segment manages legal finance assets on behalf of third-party investors, and it provides other services to the legal industry. Its clients are a range of litigants including a number of law firms and businesses.
