The company is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently employs 1,523 full-time employees. The company has operations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. The company owns or leases approximately 1,000,000 net acres in Pennsylvania. Most of the acreage is located in the southwestern region of the state, with the majority located in Greene and Washington Counties. The company owns or leases over 600,000 net acres in West Virginia. Most of the acreage is located in the northwestern region of the state, with the majority located in Doddridge, Marion, Marshall, Tyler, and Wetzel Counties. The company owns or leases over 150,000 net acres in eastern Ohio and is actively developing the Utica Shale in Belmont County. The Marcellus Shale, located beneath much of Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia. Its segments include Upstream, Gathering and Transmission.
