The company operates three business segments: Plastic Films, Injection Molding and Profile Extrusion. Plastic Films is a manufacturer of specialty plastic films. The Plastic Films segment includes three operating divisions: Stretch Films, Custom Films and Institutional Products. Injection Molding is a manufacturer of both custom and injection molded products sold primarily to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the home appliance, power tool, automotive parts, recreational vehicle and construction industries. Profile Extrusion is a manufacturer of custom extruded plastic products. In August 2008, the Company filed voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 reorganizations for itself and its subsidiaries in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
