The Trust owns approximately 26 properties totaling 4.8 million square feet. Its objectives include managing its business and assets to provide both yield and growth over the longer term. The company develops and manages a diverse portfolio of master-planned communities across Western Canada, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Canada’s National Capital region. Its real estate portfolio includes a variety of residential assets across North America. The company owns and develops industrial properties and manages commercial properties that are in urban centers. Its retail portfolio includes urban pedestrian shopping centers and suburban shopping center convenience. Its hospitality portfolio includes a full-service heritage boutique hotel, diverse restaurant offerings and a golf course community in Western Canada.
