The firm also holds a 100% interest in the Pinos underground gold development project in Zacatecas State. The San Francisco Project encompasses 13 concessions totaling 33,667 hectares plus 13,284 hectares of regional concessions in the north central portion of the state of Sonora, Mexico, approximately 150 kilometers north of the state capital, Hermosillo. The Cerro Prieto Project is a 100% owned, 4,335 hectares (ha) property, located in the Cucurpe Mining District, Sonora, Mexico. In addition, the Company is the 100% owner of the fully permitted gold project located 140 km east of the capital Zacatecas in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico (the Pinos Project).
