Its segments include long-term care; home health care; managed services, composed of its Extendicare Assist and SGP divisions, and the corporate functions, including the Company’s joint venture interests. Through the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary ParaMed, ParaMed’s home health care operations provide complex nursing care, occupational, physical and speech therapy, and assistance with daily activities to accommodate those living at home. SGP division offers purchasing contracts to other senior care providers.
