The company went IPO on 2000-12-08. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the film production and sale business, the licensing business and the product sale business. The firm operates through three business segments. The Film Production and Sale segment is mainly engaged in the planning and production of animations for theater and television, the sale of production broadcasting right and video creating right, as well as the provision of film distribution services for personal computer and mobile terminals. The Licensing segment is mainly engaged in the commercialization license of characters appearing in the productions. The Product Sale segment is mainly engaged in the development and sale of character products. The firm is also engaged in the planning and operation of costume show musical events and other events.
